What it looks like with us
You do the work, we hold the space. That is how healing is done.
You’ll have one on one sessions with us. It is important that the discussions happen together because that is where the best ideas come from: collaboration. You are guiding the way in your healing, choosing the modalities that feel comfortable for you.
Our services are about re-framing and reformatting the reality you create for yourself in your mind. Your first step to changing a behavior or false reality is being aware. Sometimes there are things you can’t see because you are blinded by your own bias. You become stuck with the lenses you have created for your reality. Sometimes you need an unbiased, non-judgmental lens to see through. You need a gentle push to tip your thoughts over from the negative side of the see-saw to the positive and then it is up to you to maintain the correct balance. Staying on the positive side requires you to continue to do the work, let’s do it together. Your mind does not have any limitations, they exist only because we put them there. OR we let others put them there. Let’s remove the limitations, buckle down, and do the work.
The brain is a muscle and so we need to create new muscle memories. You have been holding things in ways that no longer serve you. It is time to become aware and let them go. Our brain remembers things just like our muscles do and vice versa. Our body and mind cannot be separated, muscles create memories or behaviors where we are holding things due to an emotional event or even a “perceived emotional event”: in order to “survive.”
Healing is done as a whole person, this includes financially. Our rates are very reasonable and we take into account your financial stance so that neither of us are left unhappy. We charge anywhere from $40-$120 a session and sessions are usually 60 minutes. We are very flexible and offer scholarships so don’t hesitate to send us a message and open up the conversation. We want to help. Let’s set up your free 15 minute consultation call and figure it out together.
We want to discuss a specific time with you every week to meet for a certain duration of time. Even if you won’t be in a session with us we want you to use that time for a modality to get back in touch with you; Let’s figure out what that is.
We also do group therapy sessions. In these sessions we will do a lot of activities and learn things like how to cleanse and clear crystals, yoga, acro-yoga, rhythm with drumming and the mouth harp, art therapy, photographic therapy and meditation. We will talk to you about the science behind some of these modalities in order to further increase your understanding, making things easier to achieve. We will talk about life lessons, articulating how and why you decided to learn them. It is important for us to share these lessons with each other in order to reflect but also teach each other in order to pass on the knowledge. We need to share our stories, it is not fair to ourselves or each other to keep them in. And so we share, we share our stories and knowledge and wisdom with each other in order to help each other grow and heal. #getHIfloatwise
